Beginning in 2014( Salim’s biscuit) one of Sudan’s pioneering biscuit factories, our BISCO factory located in the Khartoum Bahri industrial area is part of MIG Food’s umbrella, consists of local manufacturing of soft and hard biscuits were introduced with the latest manufacturing, canning, quality control, and labor techniques and expertise.

It had a production capacity of 25,000 kg of biscuits per day. With a variety of captivating flavors marketed through our products of Tao Tao, Banny Bonny, Masked Tiger Biscuits, and Wafer biscuits which are sold in multiple states (Al Gadarif, Kassala, Al Fao, Port Sudan, Madani, Al Obaid, Damazin, White Nile, and Khartoum local markets).

At the end of 2022, with the opening of a new production line, three new types (plain glucose products, dry biscuits, and hard tea biscuits) have been added to meet all needs.

It had a production capacity of 25,000 kg of biscuits per day. With a variety of captivating flavors marketed through our products of Tao Tao, Banny Bonny, Masked Tiger Biscuits, and Wafer biscuits which are sold in multiple states (Al Gadarif, Kassala, Al Fao, Port Sudan, Madani, Al Obaid, Damazin, White Nile, and Khartoum local markets).

Zelal Bottled Water

MIG food recently delved into the water manufacturing business under its new water bottle & dispenser production plant (Zelal Bottled Water Production Company) which offers a wide array of sanitary drinking water products. Currently, this new project is expected to start commencing mid-2023 offering a new food adjacency to our biscuit factory.
